Vietnamese and DPRK women associations boost co-operation
A delegation from the Vietnamese Women’s Union led by its president Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa paid a working visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea from February 23 to 27.
At the talks between the two delegations of the Vietnamese Women’s Union and the Korean Democratic Women's Union, the delegates spoke highly of the participation and contributions by women to the development in each country as well as the role of the two women’s unions in educating and encouraging their members to develop the patriotic spirit and well implement the policies of the Party and State, contributing to national prosperity.
The two sides also discussed orientations for co-operation in the time to come.
