Two Lao women receive friendship insignias
The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) awarded the insignia “For Peace and Friendship among Nations” to two Lao women at a ceremony in Hanoi on December 21.
Vice President of the Lao Young Entrepreneurs Association Valy Vetsaphong is a member of the Laos-Vietnam Friendship Association Executive Board who played a crucial part in many exchange activities between the two countries.
Meanwhile, Phondasuk Vongphachane, an employee at Laos Foreign Trade Bank, has won the first prize at the writing contest “Laos-Vietnam in my heart” held by the Laos-Vietnam Friendship Association.
