Projects sponsored by UNDP approved
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved three projects sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme from 2006 to 2010 in the Official Letter 1996/TTg-QHQT.
The three projects, ‘Supporting finance policy analysis’, ‘Improving capacity for Viet Nam Union of Science and Technology Associations’ and ‘Supporting drafting of reports on the implementation of Millennium Development Goals’, will receive total sponsor funding of more than $5.4 million from the UNDP.
The Minister has assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to inform the UNDP of the decision, as well as co-operate with the Government’s aid management offices to give instructions on implementing the projects.
