Vietnamese women were very shocked at the tragedy by the recently devastating earthquake and tsunami in the Northeast and East of Japan on March 11, 2011, causing severe losses in lives and properties in the affected areas.
May we extend to you our deep sympathy and condolences at such huge losses, grieves and hardships that the Japanese people and women are suffering.
We do believe that with your strongwill, determination, national spirit, solidarity, mutual support & assistance and disaster-responding capacity being appreciated by the world, you will overcome the difficulties, soon recovering the consequences of the disaster, stabilizing the people’s life and pushing forward the development of the country under the leadership of the Japanese government and the support from the international communities.
