Lodging complaints with the PM via government website

The website is assigned to receiving complaints and petitions from individuals, organizations and enterprises in relation to administrative formalities.

The website will have a page to receive complaints and petitions. The answers to these will be posted o­n the website as well.

“The Administrative Reform Department will closely cooperate with the government’s website to receive citizens’ opinions o­n administrative formalities and propose relevant bodies to consider,” said Chief of the Administrative Reform Department, Nguyen Minh Man.
