    The Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU) has reaffirmed its vital role in entrusting policy credit alongside the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) and the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), supporting women in economic development and sustainable poverty reduction.

Emphasizing that scientists are pivotal actors, Resolution 57 introduces numerous incentive mechanisms and grants scientists greater autonomy, thereby motivating their creativity and dedication.
