COMPLIMENTS MESSAGE
To VWU’s staffs and members, women and people in the provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Ha Noi, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh and Thai Nguyen
The rain fell in some provinces in the Northern and Northern Central areas of Vietnam in recent days has caused bad consequences on the people and properties in general and women and children in particular. Losses of the people in flooded areas are also losses of the people all over the country.
On be half of the Executive Committee of the Central VWU and VWU’s members and women all over the country, the VWU’s Presidium would like to express our sympathy and compassion on VWU’s staffs and members, women and people in the provinces, especially families with losses of relatives and property .
The VWU’s Presidium suggests the Standing Committee of the provincial and municipal WUs and subordinate WUs, following the guidelines of local Party Committee, closely coordinate with local authorities, industries, and organizations to quickly implement practical measures to help misfortuned families to overcome the consequences of the flood, and stabilize their livelihood and production.
With the spirit of mutual affection and to express the compassion and responsibilities of VWU in assisting women and VWU’s members in flooded areas to stabilize their lives after the disaster, the VWU’s Presidium has mobilized donation from VWU’s staffs and saving from VWU’s administration cost to support the victimized provinces with 10 million VND per each except Hanoi Capital which received 15 million VND for its worst losses. The VWU’s Presidium has also assigned WUs of provincial level to represent the
The VWU’s Presidium believes that under the guidelines of the authorities of all levels as well as of industries and organizations and following the tradition of unity and mutual affection, people in flooded provinces and cities will promptly overcome the difficulties and recover their production and stabilize their life.
