The members of the delegation learned about how public institutions create conditions for banks, microfinance services providers, insurance companies, financial technology companies to start their business and to provide services for poor and low-income women. Colombian laws and strategies encourage these financial institutions to provide high quality services at affordable prices for poor, low-income women.

Through the study visit, the delegation’s members agree that there are a lot of content and initiatives to promote comprehensive finance of Colombia that are worth studying. The delegation wishes to share the information learned from the trip to stakeholders in Vietnam.
