  • US NGO expands project supporting safe abortion in Viet Nam

    IPAS, a pro-abortion US group, is expanding its project on safe abortion to five provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen and Nam Dinh from 2007 to 2009.
