Women’s marathon team come third in South Asia
Vietnam women’s marathon team currently ranks third in the South Asian region after Nguyen Thi Dong ran second at the Mumbai leg of the Standard Chartered Marathon on January 18.
Also at the Mumbai leg of the event, her compatriot Nghiem Xuan Chung finished fourth after 2:39:22, securing sixth place for men’s team among the 10 regional nations taking part in the tournament.
