Japan is a country with an aged population and has undergone an aging process. Reviewed studies show that Japan’s social security policies are developed flexibly and uniquely with welfare state model. Japan is also known as a destination country for foreign migrant workers, with many policies to help migrant workers to integrate well with the Japanese community. Experiences in the development of policies for specific women’s groups in Japan that the delegation learned during the study trip are valuable suggestions and lessons for the Vietnam Women's Union in proposing and implementing policies for women, especially specific women’s groups. |
