The training, conducted under a 2025-2027 cooperation framework between KOICA and the VWU, aims to promote gender mainstreaming in Vietnam’s foreign policy by strengthening the VWU’s negotiation and international integration capacity, increasing women’s policy participation, and building networks with South Korean experts in women’s diplomacy, international cooperation, peace, and security.
