The second contest “Excellent WU’s staff in the Public Security’s Force”
Madam Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa - Party’s Central Committee member, President of VWU; Major-General Dinh Huu Phuong – Deputy Head of the General Department for building up People’s Police Force, head of contest’s organizing committee and representatives from Departments of Minister of Public Security and agencies attended this event.
There are 37 teams with 111 candidates who are good grass root WU’s staff and selected from local contests in the North.
Through 3 parts which are knowledge, role-playing and talents, the candidates shown their responsive behaviour, skills as well as rich knowledge on WU’s works, current pressing matters such as crime prevention, environmental protection… which help the jury and the audience to get better understanding about the activities of WU in the Public Security as well as difficulties faced by the staffs – policewomen in accomplishing their tasks.
As the result, the 1st prize (prize A) was given to 4 policewomen teams from Hai Phong, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Guard High Command. The organizing committee also awarded 6 prizes B, 10 prizes C and 17 consolation prizes to other teams.
In August, the contest in the South will be held. Best candidates of the 2 contests will be selected to attend the national get-together of Excellent grassroot WU’s staff in October, 2009.
