Thanh Hoa Women’s Union: Paying attention to vocational training and training on techniques to members.

Typically in districts of Ha Trung, Hoang Hoa, Nong Cong, Lanh Chanh, Quang Xuong, Ba Thuoc, Tho Xuan, Nga Son, Hau Loc, Quan Hoa ... main jobs such as rattan making, embroidery, handloom weaving, seafood processing, making the false eyelash, handicrafts... have helped women to increase revenue from 350.000 to 450.000VND/person/month.

In addition, to improve the efficiency of capital, Women’s Union at all levels have actively coordinated with related branches to conduct courses o­n new techniques, and transfer of technology in cultivation and breeding ... for women members. Up to now, all levels of Women’s Union have organized 1200 classes with the participation of nearly 98,000 women members. Through training, many women have applied the learnt scientific techniques to breeding and cultivation in accordance with specific conditions of the family, thus bringing in high economic efficiency for households.
