NATIONAL CONFERENCE: FROM CRISIS TO GROWTH: IMPLICATIONS AND OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN

The conference will examine the impact of the global financial crisis o­n women in Viet Nam, including the implementation of development goals as well as opportunities and challenges for women as Viet Nam approaches middle income country status. It is expected that the conference will produce practical policy recommendations and solutions.

More than o­ne hundred participants who are representatives from various Government ministries and agencies, research institutes, representatives of the diplomatic corp., international organizations, business and local authorities will attend the event.
