KANDA VAJRABHAYA
Mrs. Kanda Vajrabya currently serves as the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDSH), Thailand.
With her master degrees in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, UK and in Political Sciences from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, Mrs. Vajrabya has formerly served the Thai public offices as the Director of Education and Training Abroad Division, the Bureau of General Administration, and the Bureau of Research and Development of the Office of the Civil Service Commission, and later as an inspector-general of the MSDSH.
