5 themed workshops: Highlights of 13th National Women’s Congress
Themed workshop No.5: Building the Party and political system and social mobilizing the society towards gender equality On the afternoon of March 9, the delegates participated in 5 themed workshops, i.e : (1) Developing Vietnamese women in the new era; (2) Women in the digital economy; (3) Cultivating Vietnamese family values; (4) Building a strong, professional and effective Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU) organization; (5) Building the Party and political system and social mobilizing the society towards gender equality.
Themed workshop No.4: Building a strong, professional and effective VWU organization
Attending each workshop were about 200 participants including leaders of ministries, central and local governmental agencies, mass organizations and Congress delegates from Central VWU and 63 provincal WUs, Police WU and Military WU, Vietnam Association for Intellectual Women, Vietnam Association for Women Entrepreneurs.
The workshop outcomes were summarized and reported at the plenary session the next day.
