Attending the ceremony were Vice President Truong My Hoa; Mme Ha Thi Khiet, Member of Central Communist Party Committee, VWU’s President; NCFAW’s Chair Woman; Mr. Trinh Dinh Dung – Member of Central Communist Party, Vinh Phuc provincial Party Committee Secretary; leaders from the Central and provincial Women’s Union as well as the people in Vinh Phuc and out provinces

On be half of the Central WU, Mme Ha Thi Khiet highlighted contribution, devotion, resounding success, good example of two Trung sisters which have been embedded in the Vietnamese’s hearts and memory. Their patriotism, kindness, undaunted spirit and sacrifice have become the symbol and pride of the Vietnamese women of all generations.

On be half of the Vietnamese women through out the country, President Ha Thi Khiet promised in front of souls of the two Trung sisters to follow their example and promote their traditional heroine; to be united, innovative, dynamic and creative to achieve new success; to continue study and practice to improve educational level and capacity in all fields; to push back poverty, to enrich ourselves and to build plentiful, equal, progressive and happy families; to upgrade the organizational strength of VWU.

At the same day, VWU Presidium offers incense at Ly King’s Wife - Y Lan Temple (Bac Ninh province). Those are thanks giving activities and practice of VWU in memory of the national heroines on the New Year.
