Training program on enhancing knowledge for women candidates of National Assembly term XII
Mme Ha Thi Khiet, Member of Central Committee of Vietnam Communist Party, Chairwoman of NCFAW, President of VWU attended the meeting and delivered opening remarks.
76 participants who are National Assembly women candidates for the first time came from Hanoi, Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Bac Can, Lang Son, Lai Chau… were provided necessary information on the preparation of National Assembly election; women inpolitics; Gender and Gender equality in Vietnam and other specified skills to assist women candidates during the electoral campaign.
Opening the workshop, Mme Ha Thi Khiet has shared precious experiences on contacting with electors, method of communicating and making action plan…in order to support women candidates to be confident in contributing their talent and intellectr to the National Assembly and for the advancement and equality of women in Vietnam./.
