Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Women's Union Ha Thi Nga received new Spanish Ambassador to Vietnam Carmen Cano De Lasala at the VWU head office, on April 1, 2024.

On the afternoon of April 8, Mrs. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, VWU President had a meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Marc E. Knapper to share about women's empowerment, joint efforts to support the role of women in society and the workforce.

From April 17-28, 2025, the delegation of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) led by First Vice President Do Thi Thu Thao paid a working visit to the United States and Japan.

On April 5, Ms. Tran Lan Phuong, Vice President of Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU) had a meeting with Mr. Orlando Hernandez Guillen, the Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam to discuss about the political and economic issues in Cuba.

On March 25, 2024, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) Tran Lan Phuong had a meeting with Ms. Inka Hopsu, member of the Finnish Parliament and Chairwoman of the Coalition of Finnish Women’s Associations. This meeting is on the occasion of the official visit to Vietnam of the Speaker and a high-ranking delegation of the Finnish Parliament.
