On 13th Oct. 2009, 150 delegates who won the Awards of “Excellent local WU’s President” from all the 63 provinces/cities throughout the country had participated in the seminars in order to share their experiences on carrying out the women’s movement and 6 main tasks of the WUs at their local level. -
