VWU’s leader welcomes Singapore’s Minister
During a recent talk to Yu Foo Yee, Minister on community development, youths, sports and women’s issues of Singapore, VWU’s Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa emphasized important role of VWU in guidance making policies those related to women, fostering international affairs as well as clearance poverty in Vietnam.
Yu Foo Yee shared experiences on resolving women’s issues such as re-training and creating jobs for post-maternity-leave women, supporting single mothers, encouraging women getting marriage etc.
