Vietnam Women’s Union launches the VWU’s organizational culture handbook

The ceremony was attended by Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the VWU’s Party Committee, and President of the VWU; together with VWU’s Vice - Presidents Nguyen Thi Minh Huong, Tran Lan Phuong, Nguyen Thi Thu Hien; and leaders and staffs of VWU central departments and units.
The Handbook serves as a guideline for the behavior, communication, and working style of all VWU’s staffs and members, contributing to building a positive, professional, united, and creative working environment. It seeks to promote solidarity, respect, and collaboration among members, and to ensure coherence in carrying out the VWU’s mission and objectives.
Additionally, the Handbook acts as a tool to raise awareness and reinforce the sense of responsibility among VWU’s staffs and members nationwide, while enhancing the VWU’s prestige at both domestic and international levels.
Over nearly 95 years of development, the VWU has grown into a strong and widespread political and social organization, uniting women from all walks of life and making significant contributions to national liberation, development, and defense. Throughout its history, the VWU has nurtured and upheld a distinctive cultural identity, with its current core values as Solidarity – Humanity – Creativity – Aspiration – Development.
The launch of the VWU’s Organizational Culture Handbook marks a significant step in strengthening the commitment of VWU’s staffs and members to uphold these values, fostering the spirit of Vietnamese women for equality, development, and happiness.
