Vietnam Television to broadcast daily show for teenagers
Vietnam Television (VTV) said Wednesday it would televise a 10-minute daily news show geared towards teenagers, beginning mid next year.
Deputy Head of VTV’s News Department, Nguyen Thanh Lam told a seminar on the topic that the bulletin would cover three main items – daily news, hot news, and teen consultation.
The program will provide information and assistance on issues most important to teenagers, including study, careers, health, entertainment, friendship, and of course, love.
The show will also serve to raise round-table discussions among parents, students, teachers, and experts.
According to Nguyen Thu Ha, an official at VTV’s News Department, a number of teenagers who are members of young correspondent clubs around the country would collaborate with VTV in doing the program.
