After more than 3 months under construction (starting in early 2017) with a total budget of over 500 million VND (approximately 22,000 USD), a water system and latrine for the medical clinic and a latrine for the kindergarten in Hoa An commune have been completed and put into use.
Hoa An Kindergarten was invested to build a new 4-rooms latrine of over 20m2 in size, with an adequate lighting and clean water system which can meet the needs of 210 school children.
