Charitable goldsmith training centre built in Ha Noi
Construction of a charitable goldsmith training centre began in Ha Noi on April 16 in anticipation of the 10th National Party Congress, of the 1000th anniversary of the founding of Thang Long-Ha Noi and of the National Day for the Disabled (April 18.
The 62 billion VND (3.8 million USD) centre will cover more than 3,000 sq.m. in a new residential area in Tu Liem.
The centre, which will be operational by the end of 2007, will recruit around 100 disabled people each year.
