An ongoing exhibition titled ‘Where I Arrive’ has been leaving a deep impression on visitors to the Vietnam Women's Museum in Hanoi by telling the touching life stories of women migrant workers in the capital city.

A programme was held in Bat Trang Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi, on March 7 to honour outstanding female artisans from traditional handicraft villages in the capital city.

Measures to enhance women’s access to clean water and sanitation in rural areas were discussed in a seminar held by the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) and the Women’s Union of Thai Nguyen province on March 28.

Tree-planting festival was launched by President Ho Chi Minh since the Spring 1965 in order to protect the environment and promote sustainable development. Since then, every spring, the Party, State and people including women of Vietnam join hands to plant trees throughout the country.

During 2023 army enlistment season, the Women's Unions at all levels have brought into full play their role, encouraging young people to enlist in the army.
