Contraceptive use increases in north
Birth control in the mountainous northern province of Lai Chau was once such an afterthought that condoms were used primarily as toys for children. Website on caring for children with mental disorders launched
The Morning Star Centre has since early January launched a website at www.morningstarcenter.net to provide knowledge and consultancy on how to care for mentally challenged children, including such disorders as Down syndrome, autism and cerebral palsy. -
