The working delegation of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU), led by Vice President Tran Lan Phuong, undertook a trip to Japan to study its experiences in the development and implementation of policies to support migration and elderly women from October 27 to November 02.

Hanoi, December 7 - The Belarusian Women’s Union (BWU) headed by Vice President Nadezhda Lazarevich paid a visit to the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) on the occasion of Belarusian Prime Minister’s State visit to Vietnam.

Mrs. Ngo Thi Man, Spouse of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong and Prof. Peng Liyuan, Spouse of General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping visited the Vietnamese Women's Museum in Hanoi on December 12. This is part of Mr. Xi Jinping’s State visit to Vietnam.

VWU President Ha Thị Nga received Korean Ambassador to Vietnam Choi Young Sam on November 16, at the VWU headquarters.

Leaders of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) and President of the Kovalevskaia Award Committee in Vietnam had a meeting with Mr. Neal Koblitz, Director of the Kovalevskaia Fund on December 5 in Hanoi.
