On the afternoon 2nd February, 2009, in central VWU, Madame Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa, Member of Central Party Committee, President of VWU has welcomed scholars and Russian enterprises leading by Professor University of St. Peterburge, Mr Zaznobin Vladimir Mikhalovic, on the occasion to visit Vietnam to explore investment opportunities and development of partners in economics, finance and trade.

A forum on co-operative relations in deploying a progarmme on assisting poor districts was organised by the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfare in Hanoi on March 18.
