VWU First Vice President Đỗ Thị Thu Thảo, expressed her pride in Vietnamese women living in South Korea and around the world.

At the General Assembly of the ASEAN Confederation of Women’s Organizations (ACWO) held in the Philippines, the high-level delegation of the Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU), led by Vice President Trần Lan Phương, participated in significant activities and officially assumed the rotating chaimanship of ACWO for the 2025–2026 term.

The delegation from the Central Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) led by its Vice President, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Huong attended the Women’s International Democratic Federation (WIDF) Direction Committee Meeting in the capital Bogota, Colombia from 18th to 22nd of November, 2024.

The Women's Union of the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum held a conference to review the memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the union and its counterpart of Sekong province in Laos over the period of 2019-2024.

As part of their visit to Thanh Hoa province, on November 26, delegations from the Women’s Union of Hua Phan province (Laos) and Thanh Hoa province, led by Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Hao, President of the Thanh Hoa Women’s Union, and Ms. Nheng Phet Bun Mi Xay, President of the Hua Phan Women’s Union, paid tribute by offering flowers and incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Site, the Temple of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and Martyrs, and the Ba Trieu National Special Relic.

From October 21 to 26, 2024, TYM organized a delegation to learn about the practical experience of human resource management of CARD MRI in the Philippines and participate in the Financial Inclusion Workshop in Laos.

On September 10, 2024, the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) collaborated with the Korean Women's Development Institute hosted the 11th Vietnam-Korea Women’s Forum themed "Green Economy and Women’s Contributions." The event aimed to enhance the cooperation relationship between the two organizations, following the Memorandum of Understanding signed between them.

The Women’s Union of the northwestern border province of Dien Bien on November 12 hosted a conference with visiting representatives of its counterparts from the Lao provinces of Phongsaly, Oudomxay, and Luang Prabang.
