On August 19, 2023, TYM held a conference to evaluate non-cash payment activities at TYM. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors of TYM, branch management, the Head/Deputy Head of Department/group/department of the Head Office.

On November 2, 2022, TYM officially launched TYM Mobile application for individual customers. This is the first mobile application that TYM has developed and is considered a breakthrough step to help TYM advance and promote customers’ experiences.

Supporting women in economic development as a direct tool to address gender inequality is the point of view and the goal that the Bank for Social Policies and the Vietnam Women's Union are aiming for through the implementation of social policy credit programmes over the years.
