VWU President Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha was appointed as new Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee
Head of the Party Central Committee Organisation Commission Pham Minh Chinh congratulates Ms.Ha According to the Politburo's decision, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha was appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Secretary of Ninh Binh Party Committee for the term 2015-2020, replacing Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh who has been assigned to be the Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, Deputy Head of the Delegate Working Committee (National Assembly Standing Committee).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha (born in 1970) is Associate Professor, Doctor of Psychology, Bachelor of Political Theory. Before being appointed as the Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Ha was a Member of the Party Central Committee and President of Vietnam Women's Union. She is currently a Member of the 14th National Assembly for the 2016-2021 period of Bac Giang delegation.
