TYM Fund supports trainings to the Fund for Women and Family Development of Laos Women’s Union
Recently, TYM Fund conducted training on micro-finance for cadres working at the Fund for Women and Family Development of Laos Women’s Union. This activity is under the cooperation framework among TYM Fund of Vietnam Women’s Union, Germany Savings Bank and Laos Women’s Union.
Over 5 days, delegations from the Fund for Women and Family Development learned about the overview of the financial work at the TYM Fund headquarter and accounting procedure at the local level. In addition, the delegation also participated in activities at TYM branches to better understand about the operating procedures of TYM Fund.
At the end of the study tour, the delegation highly appreciates the chance to learn about the activities of TYM Fund, especially the instrumental system to be used for monitoring activities at the local levels. In the coming time, Fund for Women and Family Development will further study and improve the instrumental system from TYM Fund to adapt effectively in Laos’ situation.
