Training on business consultancy skills

Recently, the Center for Women and Development (CWD) has organized 7 days-training on consultancy skills to Women Entrepreneurs (WE) with the aim to build a team of consultants not only at central level but also in some cities/provinces, such as: Hai Duong, Nam Đinh, Yen Bai, Bac Ninh, Ha Tay, Ha Noi. This activity is within the framework of the project “Strengthening Central Women Cadres Training School towards Establishing Women’s Institute of the Vietnam Women’s Union” (VWU-WI/Nuffic project)

The course was really interesting and attractive to participants for its alive sessions facilitated by the top-ranking experts in

Vietnam

such as: Dr. Nguyen Tat Thinh and Dr Nguyen Hoang Phuong on necessary skills, methodology and behaviors of the professional consultants.

After 7 days, participants were equipped well with the specific steps of a consultation process, self training and practice to become a skillful and well behaved professional consultant. Especially, the training motivated the participants’ passion for discovery of the surroundings

At the end of the course, the top 4 excellent trainees had been given an amazed prize which was a vacation in a resort of Quang Binh province.

It is informed that the training has not been finished yet. The organizers are conducting need assessment among Women Entrepreneurs (WEs) in order to carry out pilot consultancy. WEs will have a chance to get the direct advice by the top-ranking Vietnamese consultants.

WEs are interested to sent their application to the CWD. Typical cases will be selected./.
