Scheme on implementing measures to ensure gender equality for female cadres, civil servants and public employees for the 2011-2020 period
The scheme aims to reduce the disparity in positions, roles, conditions and opportunities to develop capacity between male and female cadres, civil servants and public employees in the planning, resource development, training retraining, promotion, appointment to positions in State agencies; raise the awareness, enhance the responsibility of key leaders of agencies and organizations in the implementation of the Party's guidelines and State’s policies and laws on gender equality; strengthen planning, resource development of female cadres, civil servants and public employees to ensure gender equality objectives and targets; improve capacity for female cadres, civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements in the period of promoting agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization and international integration; increase the inspection and evaluation of the implementation of the law on gender equality.
The Decision takes effect since its signing date.
