Press conference introducing a performance “Lighting Dreams” to raise Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Scholarship Funds

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hanh – Vice president of HCM City Women’s Union said this program will be jointly held by HCM City Women’s Union, HCM City Television and Dat Long Viet Company to mark 15 years of operating Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Scholarship Fund. It is scheduled to take place at 20h30 o­n 12th August 2006 at Hoa Binh Theatre with the participation of famous singers such as Siu Black, Quang Dung, Ly Hai, Kasim Hoang Vu, Quang Vinh, Hien Thuc, Doan Trang, Nguyen Phi Hung and group Nam Dong Ke to name a few.

The performance “Lighting Dreams” is a social program showing the consideration of all levels of the Women’s Union, sectors, organizations in educational development, creating favorable conditions, belief and hope for needy children to go to school. This is also the occasion for enterprises, inside and outside benefactors, women and the masses as well to look after the future generation of our country.
