Presenting the KOVA awards 2003
The KOVA awards committee just held an awards ceremony on 7th August 2004, at which 2 outstanding groups and 23 individuals received recognition.
VND 211 million of awards was granted to 18 brilliant students, who overcame difficult living situations to succeed in their study and 2 groups who created initiatives for economic development and public benefits. A new aspect of the 2003 awards is that the Awards committee gave more attention to women's union activities in remote areas. Meanwhile, the KOVA Awards Fund also presented VND 100 million to a Scholarship fund for female students of
