National Week on Vietnamese Women 2010 launched
Addressing the event, VCCI’s Vice Chairman Pham Gia Tuc emphasised that the event aims to honour Vietnamese businesswomen who have actively contributed to the process of socio-economic development. The national week will provide a chance for businesswomen to promote exchanges, share experience and establish ties of cooperation.
The highlights of the national week will include a photo exhibition on Vietnamese women, forums, fairs to display the products and services of Vietnamese businesswomen and ceremonies to celebrate the 100th anniversary of international women’s day (March 8) and to award the Golden Rose prize for Vietnamese businesswomen in 2009.
These activities from March 1-8 will gather women who have had a great influence on society to create proposals for the Government to address difficulties faced by women in the current business environment.
