Lodging complaints with the PM via government website
Citizens can now lodge complaints with the Prime Minister via the government’s website at www.chinhphu.vn.
The website is assigned to receiving complaints and petitions from individuals, organizations and enterprises in relation to administrative formalities.
The website will have a page to receive complaints and petitions. The answers to these will be posted on the website as well.
“The Administrative Reform Department will closely cooperate with the government’s website to receive citizens’ opinions on administrative formalities and propose relevant bodies to consider,” said Chief of the Administrative Reform Department, Nguyen Minh
