Ho Chi Minh city WU organizes advanced training on environmental protection and energy saving
The WU of Ho Chi Minh city in coordination with the Branch Office of Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Center have organized 15 advanced training courses on environmental protection and energy saving for over 1,000 WU staff, local motivators, core members of Women’s Club participating in environmental protection from 24 districts.
The trainings aim to provide WU staff with knowledge on environmental protection and enhance the role of women and communication skills of the Women’s Union staff in this field… which are eventually to promote communication to influence the community and socio-economic activities of the city.
The trainings are also to raise awareness of women on energy and energy saving thus shaping their appropriate behaviors and habits in using energy to reduce energy costs of their family and the society.
