Ha Tinh Women’s Union: Training on preventing social evils, drugs addiction and HIV/AIDS
To implement guidelines of the Central of Vietnam Women’s Union and the Cooperation Program between Ha Tinh WU and other sectors in works of communicating on prevention of drugs, prostitute and HIV/AIDS in 2008, Ha Tinh WU’s Executive Committee organized a training course to improve capacities and management skills of clubs for reporters/speakers, clubs’ management boards for preventing social evils in the province.
There were 55 participants from 12 districts/towns WUs and clubs for preventing drugs and social evils.
During the training course, all the participants were provided reports on the situation and materials on policies and measures in prevention of drugs addition, prostitution and HIV/AIDS in the community, skills in managing Clubs of social evils prevention.
Participants had opportunity to share successful experiences on clubs running, application of knowledge learnt and replication of good model in their locality.
