Vietnam Women's Union

In the name of the Korean Democratic Women's Union and the Korean women, the Central Committee of the Korean Democratic Women's Union extends its warm congratulations and greetings to the Vietnam Women's Union and the Vietnamese women on the occssion of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Women's Union held under the great expectations and deep concern of the party and the government.
During the past 80-odd years, the Vietnamese women have made great contributions to the cause for the national independence, reunification and prosperity under the wise guidance of the Vietnam Communist Party, and have traversed along the road of anti-imperialist independence and socialism together with the Korean women and the world progressive women.
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the KDWU, reaffirming its belief that the existing sisterhood between the two women's organizations will further develop in keeping with the traditional friendship between the two countries and parties, sincerely wish the 11th National Congress of the VWU will be a significant occasion in strengthening the union and making a greater advance of women's movement.
