Events to celebrate the 75th birthday of the Vietnam Women’s Union

-Press Conference o­n commemoration events of the 75^th birthday of the Vietnam Women’s Union, at its Headquarter o­n October 4th, 2005;

-Forum of VWU with leaders of ministries, agencies, branches and mass organizations, at VWU’s Headquarter o­n October 8th, 2005;

-Celebration Meeting o­n the 10^th Birthday of the Vietnam Women’s Museum and Ceremony to receive the 1^st Rank Labor Medal awarded by the Government to the Vietnam Women’s Museum o­n October 10^th, 2005 in the quarter of the Museum.

-Meeting with VWU’s leaders of different periods, at its Headquarter o­n October 15th, 2005;

-Celebration Meeting o­n the 75^th birthday of the Vietnam Women’s Union and Ceremony to confer the “Vietnamese Women’s Prize” to 4 outstanding women groups and 6 outstanding women, at the Friendship Cultural Palace o­n October 16th, 2005;

-Expo - Trade Fair and Workshop o­n the roles of and contributions by Vietnamese women to the country’s renovation and construction, in Ho Chi Minh City October 18^th - 20^th, 2005;

-Cultural Performance and Art Exchange entitled “Tinh ca la do” (Red Leaves Love Songs), in the evening of October 19th, 2005, in the cooperation between the Vietnam Women’s Union and Vietnam Television. This will be a live show o­n Channel 1 of Vietnam Television (VTV1).
