Mrs. Pham Thi Bich Hue is the Vice Principle of Kim Dong Primary School in Quang Khue commune, Dak Glong district, Dak Nong province. It is she who has devoted 1,000m2 of land to build a school for hundreds of Catholic and Protestant children in the locality

There are 751 pupils at Kim Dong primary school, of whom the ethnic minority pupils of Catholicism and Protestant accounting for 80%. Mrs. Hue has been teaching there for 10 years. She is an excellent teacher who is loved, esteemed and held in consideration by the members of the community. As well as the above, she usually crosses streams, forests, tens of km long to mobilize drop-out pupils to return to school. She is a very excellent example of a teacher who loves her pupils with all her heart./.
