Consultative workshop on the draft decrees for the implementation of Gender Equality Law and Law on Prevention against Domestic Violence
On 10 July 2008, the Presidium of VWU organized a workshop with the participation of leaders from CWU Departments to get inputs to the draft decrees for the implementation of Gender Equality Law (GEL) and Law on Prevention against Domestic Violence (LPDV).
Participants focused to discuss articles related to VWU’s responsibilities for the implementation of the two laws stated in the four drafted documents: Decree on the implementation of GEL, Decree on the implementation of LPDV, Decree on administrative penalty in prevention against domestic violence; Circular on the implementation of LPDV.
