Teacher Xe comes from Thai Binh province and graduated from the faculty of literature, the Viet Bac teachers' training college in 1971. After her graduation, she was sent to teach in Bac Can. Over the past 30 years, every her lesson has always attracted pupils. She has often used vivid teaching aids in her lessons. Therefore, she has paid attention to collecting photos, documents, etc, relating to her lessons. She has even kept documents which were printed years ago. When she was a teacher of Viet Bac boarding school, she was always an excellent teacher. She had carried out practical scientific researches. Her thesis "Experience in training correct dictation for ethnic pupils" is one of them. The thesis is also the result of her closeness with ethnic minority pupils. She has classified mistakes which pupils often face and then suggested measures for correction. Thanks to her thesis, her pupils have made progresses in study and many of them won prizes at contests in history and literature.
