Celebration of the successful accomplishment of the Xth Party Congress

Present at the celebration was Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong – Party’s Vice General Secretary of the Central People Mobilization Section; representatives from the Vietnam State Employees’ Trade Union and from the Mass Organization Department of the Central People Mobilization Commission; and more than 300 Party members and employees of the VWU head office.

 

Mme. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Secretary of the Central VWU Party, o­n behalf of the Central VWU delegation to the Party Congress made a brief report of the Congress outputs. It was a special honor for the Central VWU to have two leaders elected to the 10^th Party Central Committee – VWU President Ha Thi Khiet and VWU Vice-president Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa.

 

The honorable position entails higher responsibilities. Mme. Ha Thi Khiet and Mme. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa in their remarks expressed aspirations to the Party success and reaffirmed their accountabilities before the Party, the people, the women and VWU cadres all over the country. They pledged to make all efforts together with the VWU Central Executive Committee to renew the VWU operation and advance the women’s movement, making a worthy contribution to the implementation of the Party Resolution.
