Bac Ninh province organizes a contest on becoming a good HIV/AIDS communicator
The Health Department of Bac Ninh province in combination with the Steering Committee on AIDS, Drug and Prostitution Prevention and Control in Luong Tai district, Bac Ninh organized a contest on becoming a good HIV/AIDS communicator in September.
The contest was attended by 15 outstanding participants from 14 communes of Luong Tai district. Through the contest, contestants imparted messages to assist local people more fully understand about the disease: how to prevent it for themselves and their families; and how the community can help them change their awareness and behaviour in HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
At the conclusion of the contest, the organizing board presented awards to excellent contestants. The 5 most outstanding contestants will be chosen to participate in the regional contest, which will be held in Hai Phong in October, 2009.
