Australians donate 17 heart monitors
St Vincent Hospital and Quang Minh Pagoda in Melbourne, Australia have donated 17 heart monitors worth VND 2.4 billion (US $150,000) to 17 hospitals and medical centres across the country.

The head of the association, Nguyen Vinh Nghiep, said the monitors would help improve medical services at hospitals and medical centres.
The head monk of Australia-based Quang Minh Pagoda, Thich Phuc Tan, said the organisations were happy to contribute to cash-strapped hospitals and clinics in remote areas.
